Best for weddings and large events. This is the base package rental of the trailer for bar services for the day. You supply the items to serve and the people to serve them. Don't worry if your friends aren't master bartenders, we can suggest some great local talent for that! 

This rental of the trailer  is for 3 hours. You supply the items to serve and the people to serve them. We will come set up before your event, you can decide if you need our services during the event and after we will be on our way into the sunset. This package is best for smaller events such as retirement, engagement, birthday or even divorce. Or if you just need the trailer for a smaller cocktail hour at your wedding. This does not include staffing or stocking the trailer. 

We have partnered with Kawartha's Balloon Girl to create a gorgeous balloon arch that stretches the imagination. From the ground up and over the serving window will be an amazing array of balloons complimenting your events theme. Pictures coming soon! Visit @KarthawasBalloonGirl on Insta.

Starting at $200 for 2 colours

                       $230 for 3 colours

                       $260 for 4 colours

Stocking the bar will always be the responsibility of the client. We can give you a list of what to buy, drink recipes, even make a signature cocktail for your event. We will however provide bartending tools,  Including a garnish station. 

Price is per 6 hours of bartending per bartender. 1 bartender required for every 100 guests for a standard event. 

We can work together to design the most perfect decor package for your event! 

We will set up the back of the trailer  insta ready for all your guests to take selfies at your event. 

If we will be leaving the trailer on site without our supervision, there is a Damage Deposit required that will be refunded after your event within 24 hours of pick up. 

We have glow in the dark "bucket pong", pong toss which can be family friendly or with drinks and ring toss, corn hole & more to come soon!

There is an extra cost for delivery beyond 40 km. Barney isn't light and she doesn't believe in diets so it costs a little bit extra to tow her around! 

Subject to change with notice. Example: your venue is 46 km from our home base, cost would be $12 for milage.
